2) Wash your face on a daily basis

When it comes to preventing acne in the first place, washing your face seems like a rather obvious step, but you’d be surprised how often this ends up getting ignored by those rushing to make it to work in the morning.

Combined with regular exercise, lowered stress levels can be achieved, further reducing your susceptibility to breakouts.
